How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I graduated from the School Of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. I wanted to be a caterer since I was 13, cooking all holiday and special events for my family
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Because I have catered every type of event at every budget I can offer exactly the service someone is looking for. Our staff is polite, polished and friendly. Our food is trendy but ample. We offer every service from ordering the tents, all rentals to coordinating the other vendors of the event, including the music, photography and décor.

We cater at many locations but not any where in particular
